Client work will be included in class time. Diagnoses, client homework, preventative care will be addressed.

A study to advance your practice and a pre-requisite to teacher training
The purpose of the Immersion is to assist serious students and prospective teachers in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the foundations of Anusara Yoga, including the principles of alignment. Certified Anusara teacher, Christy Burnette will teach classes on the following:
• asana
• meditation
• pranayama
• anatomy
• Anusara philosophy
